Itinerary
Venture Into the Cu Chi Tunnels

tourists at a former battlefield

Step into Ho Chi Minh City with ease. Our friendly English-speaking guide will meet you and take you on a comfortable, air-conditioned ride. The first stop of the tour will be the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels – an underground complex that served as a crucial military base during the Vietnam War.

The current network stretches around 200 km, reflecting the heroic efforts put into building this site. Entering the various cellars used for living, treating, storing food and weapons will give you the feeling of being a real soldier.

Discover the World of Rubber Plantations

rubber extraction

Before heading back to the city centre, we’ll visit a rubber plantation to learn about Vietnam’s rubber history. Rubber plantations began to flourish in Vietnam around 1897, developed by French colonists, and now have evolved into one of the country’s main industrial crops. This short stop will allow you to witness the extraction of latex from a rubber tree firsthand.

Following our visit to the rubber plantation, treat your taste buds to some of Vietnam’s best culinary delights. Your lunch will include the typical Pho or Banh Mi.

Step Back Into the Past With a Visit to a War Museum

a war museum

Prepare to be moved by the War Remnants Museum‘s exploration of Vietnam’s war-torn past. The museum’s disturbing images, including the devastating effects of napalm, offer a sobering reminder of the war’s impact.

Don’t miss the Requiem photo gallery, a moving tribute to reconciliation, housed within the museum. With images taken by photojournalists who perished while documenting the war from both sides, this is definitely one of the most powerful anti-war exhibits you’ll ever witness.

Go Round the City’s Magnificent Buildings

Finally, an important part of the tour – the city’s main tourist attractions. For a long period under French colonisation, Vietnam’s architecture bears the distinct imprint of French influence. You will see this through the lens of the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Opera House, and many more.

After the last stop, our guide will take you back to the port in plenty of time for your departure. Don’t forget to say goodbye to your guide and ask for any final recommendations.
