Itinerary
Historical Landmarks Awaits

in front of a mausoleum

Your English-speaking guide and private transport will be ready to welcome you right at the entrance gate of Noi Bai International Airport. Let’s kick-start the journey to the centre of cultural heritage, authentic culinary delights, and immersive local experiences.

Our first stop is Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the revered resting place of Vietnam’s iconic leader. Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace, and Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house are all located within the same complex. The mausoleum is designed with exceptional durability, built to withstand floods, explosions, and earthquakes up to magnitude 7.

Another historic site awaits – Huu Tiep Lake. The wreckage of a B-52 bomber in the middle of the lake stands as a poignant reminder of the “Ha Noi – Dien Bien Phu in the Air” campaign.

Uncover the Heart of Hanoi’s Heritage

temple of literature

Our next stop is the Temple of Literature, a tribute to Confucius and home to Vietnam’s first university. Despite the devastation of war, the temple has preserved its architectural elegance and cultural significance. A short visit to the temple will give you deeper insight into Vietnam’s rich academic heritage and reverence for knowledge.

Next off, enjoy a delicious lunch before making your way to Hoa Lo Museum, one of the key places to visit in Hanoi to learn about Vietnam’s turbulent history during the French colonial period. Also known as Maison Centrale or Hanoi Hilton, this place was considered to be “Hell on Earth” due to the harsh conditions and suffering endured by its prisoners.

Explore the Old Quarter

old quarters

Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a site that blends traditional Vietnamese architecture, ancient shops, and authentic street treats. As constant motion defines the energetic pulse of the area, you’ll witness an endless stream of motorbikes weaving through the streets and bustling vendors bringing the sidewalks to life.

For a refreshing escape from the bustling energy of the Old Quarter, head to the peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake to take in the fresh air and leisurely local life. Ngoc Son Temple, elegantly nestled on a small island at the heart of the lake, is truly a touch of charm in the capital’s landscape. Before reaching the sacred temple, you will cross the remarkable red bridge whose name translates to “Welcome the Morning Sunlight Bridge.”

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to Noi Bai International Airport to get ready for your next journey. We can customise the itinerary based on your actual flight schedule, so feel free to contact us(opens in a new tab) for more details.
