Tour Itinerary

Let’s Go!

Depart at 8:00 am (suggested time) from your hotel in Hue City to drive to Hoi An Ancient Town. This drive will take you through the tranquil countryside and endless paddy-fields. Our first stop is Lap An Lagoon after an hour drive with a peaceful view of countryside and passes. This is a great place for leg stretch, enjoying picturesque scenery and taking photos.

Next, we will stop at attractive Lang Co Beach – one of the best thirty bays in the world- to enjoy its beauty.

Be Overwhelmed Driving over Hai Van Pass

After that, we drive over the Hai Van Pass, Ocean-Cloud pass (on dry days) where the sea meets clouds. Standing on the top of the pass, you will have a chance to enjoy a large perfect photo of Nature and also visit some bunkers – the war relics left.

Visit the Cham Museum

On the way to Hoi An, we will pay a visit to Cham Museum, which contains the finest samples of the sculpture of the Cham People who lived in this area of Vietnam from the 4th to the 14th century. All of the sculptures on display fall into one of the following sections – icon, pedestal, pediment, or fragment, with the area in which they were found determining where they are exhibited. You can appreciate the building from the outside, carefully crafted with objects of worship including idols and holy animals surrounded by flowers, leaves and turrets, all symbols of Hinduism.

Explore the Marble Mountains in Da Nang

Before arriving at Hoi An, we will explore the Marble Mountains, including five hills made from limestone and marble and named after the five elements metal, wood, water, fire and earth. There are also Buddhist temples and places of worship dotted across the mountains which are a much-visited spiritual site.

When you finish discovering it, back to the car and head to Hoi An Ancient Town. You can do a walking tour of the little peaceful town or take a rest after a long day driving and get ready for the next day.
