Job description
- Manage flight ticket reservations and provide according to customer’s requests
- Offer consultation on ticket options, ticket conditions, and airline regulations
- Follow up bookings, including processing and supporting online ticket bookings
- Handle customer requests regarding booking changes, online check-in, meal reservations, baggage, ticket changes, and refunds
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment collection
- Assist with additional tasks related to booking and ticketing services
- Working hours: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.) & Sat (8.30 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
- Office: MAIKA TOURS CO. LTD: 778 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 11, District 5, HCMC
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel, and others
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, honesty, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic and attentive in delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledgeable in flight booking software such as Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre
* Relevant experience and strong English language skills are preferred.
