The internship program at Maika Tours provides comprehensive orientation and hands-on experience, equipping you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the tourism industry. - Assist in designing, pricing, and consulting on customized tours for clients (both B2B and B2C) / Hỗ trợ thiết kế, tính giá và tư vấn tour theo yêu cầu của khách hàng (cả B2B và B2C)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat/ Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng qua các kênh điện thoại/ email/ chat
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality/ Thu thập phản hồi từ khách để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ
- Coordinate with the operations department to ensure the delivery of committed services to customers/ Phối hợp với bộ phận điều hành để thực hiện các dịch vụ đã cam kết với khách hàng
- Update and maintain company information database/ Cập nhật, bổ sung thông tin database của công ty
- Perform tasks as assigned by the manager/ Thực hiện các công việc liên quan theo sự chỉ định của quản lý
Requirements
- Final-year College/ University students majoring in Tourism or related fields/ Sinh viên năm cuối Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành Du lịch Lữ hành hoặc các ngành liên quan
- No experience is required. Students will be guided on designing tour itineraries and providing detailed pricing based on customer requests./ Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm. Sinh viên sẽ được đào tạo bài bản cách lên chương trình và báo giá tour cụ thể theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Good English and computer skills (fluency in multiple languages is an asset)/ Kỹ năng tiếng Anh và vi tính tốt (thành thạo nhiều ngôn ngữ là một lợi thế)
- Ability to persuade customers and negotiate with business partners/ Khả năng thuyết phục khách hàng và đàm phán với đối tác
- Internship period: At least 3 months/ Thời gian thực tập: Tối thiểu 3 tháng
