Inbound Tour Operator

Job description
  • Arrange tour guides
  • Make arrangements for transport, accommodations, activities as required
  • Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival
  • Contact  suppliers, hotels to update contracts/services database
  • Create tour products on online travel agent websites
  • Report to the Manager
  • Other tasks to be assigned by the Manager
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.) & Sat (8.30 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
  • Office: MAIKA TOURS CO. LTD: 778 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 11, District 5, HCMC
Requirements  
  • College/University Degree in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Languages
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Adaptable, well organized, and patient
  • Teamwork and individual work under high pressure
  • Good at computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extensive knowledge about Vietnam
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
