Job description
- Arrange tour guides
- Make arrangements for transport, accommodations, activities as required
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival
- Contact suppliers, hotels to update contracts/services database
- Create tour products on online travel agent websites
- Report to the Manager
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Manager
- Working hours: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.) & Sat (8.30 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
- Office: MAIKA TOURS CO. LTD: 778 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 11, District 5, HCMC
Requirements
- College/University Degree in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Languages
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Adaptable, well organized, and patient
- Teamwork and individual work under high pressure
- Good at computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge about Vietnam
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
