As a Senior Sales Executive/ Travel Consultant at Maika Tours, you will be in charge of developing sales strategies for the inbound market (both B2B and B2C). Additionally, you will have to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Research various destinations (Vietnam and Southeast Asia) and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel services
- Make quotations, travel itineraries, and tour packages for clients
- Follow up with the clients by phone/email/chat about their queries (pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour)
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Gather feedback to enhance products and services
- Constantly updated with knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends
- Work with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant fields
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of travel products and services
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
