As we arrive in Cai Be, transfer to a traditional sampan and get ready for an unforgettable exploration of the fascinating waterways. Filled with a vast array of seasonal fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc., the boats serve not only as transport but also as hubs for trade and connection.

Here, you can sample fresh produce, purchase unique handcrafted items, and even savour a bowl of Hu Tieu, prepared directly on the boat. This is a unique chance to experience the local culture, where trading on the water is as much about connection as it is about commerce.
