After lunch, visit the thought-provoking War Remnants Museum. This will be an intense and emotionally hard-hitting stop given the graphic content of the museum. But it will also be an immensely powerful experience for anybody wishing to learn more about different perspectives surrounding the Vietnam War.

Appreciate Remarkable Architecture

To admire renowned examples of modern Vietnamese architecture, embark on a guided walking tour. The first stop is the Reunification Palace. Many visitors remember it as the backdrop for countless television broadcasts during the Vietnam War. Even today, it serves as a headquarters for some top-secret activity.

Our next stop will be the famous Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, both right across the street. Your guide will explain all the history behind these two incredible buildings and show you the historic CIA building where one of the last U.S Helicopters flew out of Saigon in 1975. Next, visit more HCMC highlights including the Opera House, Hotel Continental, Rex Hotel and City Hall as well as viewing the mighty Bitexco Financial Tower

Make the Most of Your Final Stop

After a full day of exploration, it’s time to visit the iconic Ben Thanh Market, one of Ho Chi Minh City’s oldest and most famous markets. This lively marketplace is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the local culture, try authentic Vietnamese street food, and shop for unique treasures to take home.

At the end of the tour, we will get you safely back to your hotel in the comfort of our private vehicle. Don’t forget to give a hug to your lovely guide and ask for future trip recommendations from our local expert!
