The tour is as promised – less touristy, more personalized, experienced guide and family friendly (2 adults, 1 elderly, 1 child). Giang (person I first liaised with) was very quick to respond and extremely helpful with our requests (esp. for the child seat that we don’t end up using!). Tan (our guide) was funny, knowledgable and gave us an abbreviated version of Vietnam war history while we were on the way to site. I appreciated his explanation a lot more when we get to location as one of the shows were only orated in Vietnamese. Tan was also very helpful at taking pictures and never miss a beat for photo opportunity. Highly recommend this tour.
