Let’s Go!

We will pick you up at your accommodation then set off through the hustle and bustle of HCMC’s extraordinary streets. Your tour begins as soon as you’re aboard your private transport, our knowledgeable guide will give you some information on Vietnam’s political history, in preparation for the tunnels.

Liberated Area

After one and half hour drive, we arrive at our first stop – Liberated Area, where you can see life of Viet Cong guerrilla fighters during the most intense time of the war from 1961-1972. Wandering around here, it’s hard to imagine what it was like during the fighting because it’s so peaceful nowadays. Then we keep moving onto the Ben Duoc Tunnels.

Camouflaged Entrances and Bamboo Trap!

Upon arriving at Ben Duoc Tunnels, we’ll go through and enter into the old base of the Viet Cong. You will be surrounded by thick forest, shaded by beautiful trees and bamboo. Your tour guide will show you around the location while explaining all about the magnificent, clever tunnels. Prepare to be amazed by the cunning traps and the sheer resourcefulness of the Viet Cong. From camouflaged entrances into the tunnels and bamboo booby traps amongst the forest to the intricate ventilation system, you’ll see it all!

Experience The Tunnels For Yourself!

Now, it’s your turn to experience them up close! Embrace this amazing experience of dipping underground and exploring the tunnels. The Viet Cong were particularly small and slim so the tunnels were originally so they could just fit in. Nowadays, for educational purposes the tunnels have been widened slightly. Prepare for a snug adventure as you move through them.

Taste Viet Cong Food and Back To The City

To end our Cu Chi tunnel experience, you’ll get to learn about the amazing hidden kitchens that were inside the tunnels and even try out some typical Viet Cong food.
After what promises to be an unforgettable and memorable morning, we will board our private transport and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Our team will drop you off at your accommodation or any spots within downtown beyond your request. Before farewell to our guide, please make sure you get good recommendations from him/her for more explorations of the city.
